The Wave located in Disney’s Contemporary Resort in my new favorite hidden breakfast gem! Their signature sweet potato pancakes served with pecan-honey butter are unbelievable. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The buffet is moderately priced and you have the option to try many of the breakfast entrees. My personal favorite was the Cheddar Bacon Grits and Glazed Doughnut French Toast.
