Derby Days
The Kentucky Derby is the oldest continuously running sports event in the nation.  It is held annually in Louisville, Kentucky on the first Saturday in May at the legendary Churchill Downs Racetrack. Spectators watch as the top thoroughbred horses race the one and one-quarter mile long dirt track. This event is affectionately called the Two Most Exciting Minutes in Sports!

If you’re looking for a yummy but healthy breakfast or lunch on Disney property, Capt. Cooks has the best avocado toast! It is covered with fresh avocado, egg, arugula, tomatoes, goat cheese, salt & pepper. Definitely a must try if you’re at the Polynesian Resort!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is my favorite event of the year! The best part is the parade! Snow on Main Street, seeing your favorite Disney characters dressed in Christmas attire, Christmas music in the air, & sweet smells from the floats...it will give you all the Christmas feels!!
