Mobile Ordering at Walt Disney World

Mobile Order is a new option to order and pay for meals on-the-go with the My Disney Experience app. Rather than standing in line at a counter service restaurant, you’re able to place your order on the go from your phone, bypassing the ordering line and picking up your food directly at the counter when you arrive at the restaurant! It works similar to how real-world locations like Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A currently utilize the service.
Mobile ordering debuted at Satu’li Canteen in Pandora – World of Avatar, and has since been expanded to include other restaurants across the Walt Disney World Property.  It could potentially save you anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, and also eliminate the stress of having to deal with potentially crowded ordering windows!

The mobile ordering service is incorporated into the My Disney Experience app on your smart phone. This is the place to go to access all of your reservations associated with your Disney vacation. This service works very well so be sure to try it on your next Walt Disney World vacation!

One of my favorite things to do at Walt Disney World during Christmas is to visit the deluxe resorts.  Each resort is decorated in it’s own unique way.  The Grand Floridian features a life sized gingerbread house in it’s lobby.  When you walk in, you can smell the gingerbread…yum!!  Here’s a time lapse video of how the magic happens at the Grand Floridian! https://youtu.be/Si2pcosZjbk
