Recently I had the opportunity to participate in the Behind the Seeds tour at Epcot in the Land pavilion. This tour gives guests a look in more detail at what really goes on in the Walt Disney World greenhouses.

This one hour walking tour through 4 greenhouses allows guests the opportunity to get an up close look at innovative growing techniques used by the Cast Members. We had the opportunity to taste cucumbers grown via these techniques and well as feed the tilapia.

This is a tour that I would recommend highly. The price point is very reasonable and availability is excellent. Advanced reservations can be made by contacting Walt Disney World Tours or same day if available at the reservation desk just outside the Soarin’ entrance.

XOXO,
Your Memory Maker Brittany

If you’re looking for a yummy but healthy breakfast or lunch on Disney property, Capt. Cooks has the best avocado toast! It is covered with fresh avocado, egg, arugula, tomatoes, goat cheese, salt & pepper. Definitely a must try if you’re at the Polynesian Resort!
Zip Travel Tip! Take a battery powered re-chargable fan with you on your next trip! I am extremely hot natured and no matter what time of year it is, I always stay hot in Orlando. This fan is a lifesaver and helps me cool down in the heat! I throw it in my carry on and it stays with me in my backpack the entire trip!
