“Mary Poppins Returns”
Christmas 2018

One of the most beloved movies in Disney history is returning to the big screen this holiday season. “Mary Poppins Returns” stars Emily Blunt as the practically-perfect nanny with unique magical skills who can turn any task into an unforgettable, fantastic adventure. The original Poppins movie hit the big screen in 1964 and was one of the last movies released before the passing of Walt Disney.

The movie will incorporate a star studded cast including Meryl Streep as Mary’s eccentric cousin, Topsy, Angela Lansbury as the Balloon Lady, a treasured character from the PL Travers books and Dick Van Dyke as Mr. Dawes Jr., the retired chairman of the bank. The film is directed by Rob Marshall from a screenplay by David Magee and screen story by Magee & Marshall & John DeLuca based upon The Mary Poppins Stories by PL Travers.
