When you go on an Adventures by Disney vacation, you learn all kinds of history behind this amazing company. When we were on the California Short Escape, I learned that Walt Disney spent his last days in the hospital overlooking Walt Disney Studios and would even sneak over for his favorite Chili in his hospital gown. This picture was taken while standing in his studios.

If you’re looking for a yummy but healthy breakfast or lunch on Disney property, Capt. Cooks has the best avocado toast! It is covered with fresh avocado, egg, arugula, tomatoes, goat cheese, salt & pepper. Definitely a must try if you’re at the Polynesian Resort! 
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is my favorite event of the year! The best part is the parade! Snow on Main Street, seeing your favorite Disney characters dressed in Christmas attire, Christmas music in the air, & sweet smells from the floats...it will give you all the Christmas feels!!
