runDisney - Castaway Cay 5K

With the weather warming up, this Diva has pulled out her running shoes.  This past March on a Disney Cruise, I was inspired to get moving again.  Did you know Disney has its own private island?  Every Bahamian/Caribbean cruise makes at least one stop over on their island, Castaway Cay. Among the many activities to participate in on the island, the most challenging is the Castaway Cay 5K. Disney has a whole department dedicated to you runners out there: runDisney.  Among the many marathons, half-marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks, and family fun runs, the Castaway Cay 5K is the only runDisney event you can participate in for FREE!  All you have to do is sign up at guests services while on your next Disney Cruise. The morning you dock at Castaway Cay, the runners will be the first people off the ship.  There will be a special place and time on the ship for all the 5K participants to meet before you disembark that morning.  This varies from cruise to cruise, so...
